What is Fear?

Fear is an emotion. It is generally induced when the subject perceives a threat. Fear can be Everything. If i give an example you will get better & simple.



Consider the following example:

It is dark, and you are out for a walk. Suddenly a dog jumps on you and bites you. What do you feel? Pain, fear, shock and terror. Imagine for an instance the dog went away or was restrained. Naturally, your fear would subside. In such people, the memory would be relived over and over and the person would be afraid of all dogs, including small poodles, and the great big Danes. He or she would keep thinking of the situation again and again.

Or i can say Exam Fear, Water Fear. Whatever the fear is. 

One more thing we have to understand is that Fear and Phobia those are same things though the words are different. It's not an issue.

How do Fear start? What are the signs and symptoms?

Fear are very common and may sometimes develop in childhood itself because of Socities and our Superstions things. Traumatic events, anxiety or panic causing situations can trigger the onset of a Fear. 

Enough is enough and we have to Overcome from it. Don't worry it's very easy to cope up from fear.

  1. Face the situation
  2. Deal with his/her frightening thoughts
  3. Search the root cause

  1. For example, a person with the fear of Cockroach is encouraged to read up on Cockroach, touch their pictures, touch a jar containing the Cockroach , touch the rubber models of Cockroach and so on, until the individual is able to pick up a large Cockroach.
And This is the simplest way to overcome from it.  Fear is just a Name and nothing else. It's all about our Brain Game.If you understand it you will be the gainer.
